This picture is extremely rare. If you notice to the left side of the photo there is a picture of President Abraham Lincoln standing next to a black woman. I have done a little research on this and I cant not find any information about this Picture on President Roosevelts desk. Its a rare picture in a rare picture! You cant get any rarer than that.
